Simply put, "The Bitch" is the Queen of Spades. There are several ways to play with this special card. One is just to make it wild. Another is if the Bitch is dealt face up, all hands are folded, reshuffled, and redealt, with the pot just carrying over from the previous deal. Of course, with this rule, if the Bitch is someone's hole card, the hand is played through, with that lucky person holding a pocket wild card. A game that incorporates this version of this rule is called "Black Mariah."
